Payment and cancellation policy

ADVANCE PAYMENT

10 days after booking, 25% of the total value of the reservation must be paid to avoid cancellation. The remaining 75% must be paid 60 days before arrival (for bookings with arrival in May-Nov, 16 days before arrival).

Payment is made by credit card where you log in to the self-service portal after your confirmation. You can also pay by bank transfer: 443-6861. When paying by bank transfer, refer to your booking number in the message. When paying by gift card, the gift card number must be stated at the time of booking and the gift card must be handed to the reception upon arrival.

CANCELLATION PROTECTION

Copperhill Mountain Lodge offers cancellation protection for individual bookings. The price for cancellation protection is a total of 450 SEK/room including VAT. In order for cancellation protection to be valid, it must be paid at the same time as a first payment.

Cancellations with cancellation protection

If canceled earlier than 60 days before the confirmed arrival date, the amount paid will be refunded except for the cancellation insurance and an administration fee of 500 SEK. In case of cancellation after 60 days until the arrival date, the amount paid will be refunded in addition to the cancellation protection and an administration fee of 500 SEK upon presentation of a medical certificate.

Cancellations without cancellation protection

In case of cancellation 61 days before the arrival date, 25% of the value of the reservation will be charged. If canceled 60 days or more before arrival, 100% of the total value of the reservation will be charged.

Cancellations with cancellation protection

Prepayment according to the above information - if the booking is made within 16 days of arrival, the full amount must be paid immediately. Cancellation protection must be paid together with the first payment and gives you the opportunity to cancel until the day of arrival. In case of cancellation, you will receive a full refund of the total value of the order except for the cancellation insurance (450 SEK) and an administration fee of 500 SEK. No medical certificate is required.

Cancellations without cancellation protection

Free cancellation up to 16 days before arrival. If canceled after 16 days, 100% of the total value of the reservation will be charged.

Force Majeure

Strike, lockout, fire, epidemic, pandemic, explosion, war or similar state of war, significant restrictions on deliveries or other circumstances beyond the control of the supplier (Copperhill Mountain Lodges), entitles the supplier to terminate the agreement without obligation to pay damages or reimbursement.

Spa

Free cancellation/change of your spa treatment/spa package can be made until 24 hours before arrival. After that, your booking will be charged with 100%.
