Payment and cancellation policy

Prepayment required - 10 days after booking, 25% of the total value of the reservation must be paid to avoid cancellation. The remaining 75% must be paid at least 60 days before the arrival date of the stay.

PREPAYMENT 10 days after the reservation is made, 25% of the total value of the booking must be paid in order to avoid cancellation. The remaining 75% must be paid at least 60 days before the date of arrival (16 days if your arrival date is between MAY-NOV).

Payment is made via credit card where you log in to the self service portal (see confirmation.) You can also pay by Bankgiro: 443-6861 . When paying by Bankgiro please refer to your booking number under notification. When paying with a gift card, the gift card number must be provided at the time of booking and the gift card must be left at the front desk upon arrival. 

CANCELLATION PROTECTION
Copperhill Mountain Lodge offers cancellation insurance for individual bookings. The price for the cancellation insurance is 120 SEK per person/per stay. Cancellation insurance have to be added for every person staying in the room in order to be valid. Please note! The cancellation insurance must be paid at the same time as the first payment in order to be valid.

BOOKINGS WITH ARRIVAL DATE DECEMBER - APRIL

Cancellations with cancellation protection
In case of cancellation at least 61 days before the date of arrival, the amount paid will be refunded except for the cancellation insurance. For cancellations later than 60 days before arrival, the same rules apply except for that you need to hand in a doctor's certificate that proves that travel is inappropriate.

Cancellations without cancellation protection
In case of cancellation 61 days before the arrival date, 25% of the value of the reservation will be charged. If canceled 60 days or more before arrival, 100% of the total value of the reservation will be charged.

BOOKINGS WITH ARRIVAL DATE MAY - NOVEMBER

Cancellations with cancellation protection
Free cancellation 16 days until arrival date, for cancellations made later than 16 days before arrival, the cancellation insurance will be charged (no doctor's certificate is needed).

Cancellations without cancellation protection
Free cancellation up to 16 days before arrival. Cancellation later than 16 days before arrival date: 100% charge of the value of the booking.

Force Majeure
Strikes, lockouts, fires, epidemics, pandemics, explosions, wars or similar war conditions, significant restrictions on suppliers or other circumstances beyond the Suppliers (i.e. Copperhill Mountain Lodge) control, entitle the supplier to cancel the reservations without any obligation to pay demands or repayments.

Spa
If you have made a reservation for a spa treatment or a day package these can be cancelled or rebooked free of charge at least 24 hours before the scheduled treatment time. 

Other rules
As a guest at Copperhill Mountain Lodge, you are obliged to follow the rules of order that apply to the facility. The hotel is non - smoking in all hotel rooms and public areas as well as outside entrances. Should there be damage to the property, you will be liable for payment for this. Guests who do not follow the specified rules of order will be evicted. The hotel reserves the right to refuse and suspend ongoing credit during the current stay.

Should taxes and other charges be changed or imposed by state or municipality, the hotel (Copperhill Mountain Lodge) reserve the right to compensate for this in our prices. Should the general price situation (KPI) between the day of booking and the day of arrival increase, we reserve the right to increase the confirmed price corresponding to the part of the increase that exceeds 3%.
