Payment and cancellation policy

Prepayment required - 10 days after booking, 25% of the total value of the reservation must be paid to avoid cancellation. The remaining 75% must be paid at least 60 days before the arrival date of the stay.

ADVANCE PAYMENT
10 days after booking, 25% of the total value of the reservation must be paid to avoid cancellation. The remaining 75% must be paid 60 days before arrival (for bookings with arrival in May-Nov, 16 days before arrival).

Payment is made by credit card where you log in to the self-service portal after your confirmation. You can also pay by bank transfer: 443-6861. When paying by bank transfer, refer to your booking number in the message. When paying by gift card, the gift card number must be stated at the time of booking and the gift card must be handed to the reception upon arrival.

CANCELLATION PROTECTION
Copperhill Mountain Lodge offers cancellation protection for individual bookings. The price for cancellation protection is a total of 450 SEK/room including VAT. For the cancellation protection to be valid, it must be paid at the same time as the first payment.

BOOKINGS WITH ARRIVAL DATE DECEMBER - APRIL

Cancellations with cancellation protection
In case of cancellation earlier than 60 days before the confirmed arrival date, the amount paid will be refunded in addition to the cancellation protection and an administration fee of 500 SEK. In case of cancellation after 60 days until the date of arrival, the amount paid will be refunded in addition to the cancellation protection and an administration fee of 500 SEK upon presentation of a medical certificate.

Cancellations without cancellation protection
In case of cancellation 61 days before the arrival date, 25% of the value of the reservation will be charged. If canceled 60 days or more before arrival, 100% of the total value of the reservation will be charged.

Cancellations with Cancellation Protection
Prepayment as above information - if the booking is made within 16 days of arrival, the full amount must be paid immediately. Cancellation protection must be paid together with the first payment and gives you the opportunity to cancel until the day of arrival. In case of cancellation, you will receive a full refund of the total value of the order except for the cancellation insurance (450 SEK) and an administration fee of 500 SEK. No medical certificate is required.

Cancellations without cancellation protection
Free cancellation up to 16 days before arrival. If canceled after 16 days, 100% of the total value of the reservation will be charged.

Force Majeure
Strike, lockout, fire, epidemic, pandemic, explosion, war or similar state of war, significant restrictions in deliveries or other circumstances beyond the control of the supplier (Copperhill Mountain Lodges), entitles the supplier to cancel the agreement without any obligation to pay damages or reimbursement.

Spa
Free cancellation/change of your spa treatment/spa package can be made until 24 hours before arrival. After that, your booking will be charged with 100%.

Other
As a guest at Copperhill Mountain Lodge, you are obliged to follow the rules of order that apply to the facility. The hotel is non - smoking in all hotel rooms and public areas as well as outside entrances. Should there be damage to the property, you will be liable for payment for this. Guests who do not follow the specified rules of order will be evicted. The hotel reserves the right to refuse and suspend ongoing credit during the current stay. 

Should taxes and other charges be changed or imposed by state or municipality, the hotel (Copperhill Mountain Lodge) reserve the right to compensate for this in our prices. Should the general price situation (KPI) between the day of booking and the day of arrival increase, we reserve the right to increase the confirmed price corresponding to the part of the increase that exceeds 3%.
