How do I book an appointment for breakfast and spa?

A few days before arrival, you will receive an arrival letter with a link where you need to go in and book your breakfast time. On the same link you can book spa entry.

Do you have to book a table in the restaurant?

In the current circumstances, we have a limited number of seats in the restaurant so to be guaranteed a seat you need to book a table in advance (applies to dinner only). Book your table here or email us at info @ copperhill .se and we will help you

When can I check in?

Check-in is guaranteed from 15:00

Is it possible to check out later than 11:00?

It usually possible at a cost of 100 SEK/hour. You can also leave your luggage in the luggage room and stay at the hotel in our restaurant/spa, etc. after checking out.

When are children allowed to visit spa?

They vary depending on the season, read more here

How much does it cost to enter the spa?

Accommodation guests: 95SEK/adult, 50SEk/child

External guests: Varies depending on the season and time of day, see information here

What is included in the room rate?

Breakfast and access to the gym are always included, we also have packages that include dinner and spa.

Do you have parking/garage?

We have an outdoor car park where hotel guests stand free of charge if the car is registered at Aimopark (there is a station for registration at reception) We also have a warm garage, where all guests pay according to instructions from Aimopark.

How far is it to Åre village?

From the hotel it is 9km. to Åre village. When the lifts in Björnen are operated, you can get to the village on skis, otherwise it takes about 13 minutes by car/taxi.

Do you offer room service?

Yes, during afternoon/evening, information is available in the rooms

Is there ski storage at the hotel?

Yes, each room has its own ski locker that is unlocked with the room key, there are also boot warmers in the lockers.

Where can I rent skis?

Skis are booked via Skistar before arrival and can be picked up at the Skistar Shop at the hotel.

Do the rooms have a balcony?

All rooms except Steel, Bronze & Bronze large have a balcony or patio

Can I bring pets?

Yes! We have a number of rooms where pets are allowed, these must be booked via info @copperhill.se or +47 647 143 00. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant but you can sit with them in front of our fireplace in the lobby.

What is Copperkids?

In our lower lounge we have a room with crafts, games and other things that suit the little ones. During the holidays, we open up one of our conference rooms for games and games that require a little more space. Outside Copperkids there are ping pong and billiards available for the slightly older. During certain times we offer packages that include arranged activities in Copperkids, they can be found under offers.

Is there a gym on site?

Yes, on the lower level there is a gym 

Do you have laundury service

Yes, hand them in at reception, 350SEK per bag. No dry cleaning

Do you accept cash?

No, we're cash-free. 

Do you have free WIFI?

Yes, you will receive the code at check-in

Do I get Choice Club points when I stay with you?

Yes, be sure to show your card at check-in and we will register your points.
