In this menu we focus on taking care of the whole animal as well as all parts of the grain – all to get a sustainable menu with many different variations of what we get from our farms. Don't miss the birch syrup we have in one of our starters- the sap in it comes from Åre's birches and the syrup is made from scratch in our kitchen.
