Lunch week 19
Thûringer bratwurst with sauerkraut, mustard cream, red wine sauce and roasted potatoes. Veg: Risotto with parmesan, asparagus and confit tomato.
Greek mince patties with feta cheese, kalamata olives, tomato sofrito and roasted potatoes. Veg: Nasi Goreng Ala Bali with fried egg, coconut sambal and root vegetables.
Oven-baked fjord trout with sandefjord sauce, cucumber salad and horseradish. Veg: Vegetarian lasagna with chevre crème and grilled paprika.
Calf & Bea. Veg: Pasta Pappardelle Ala puttanesca with olives, chilli, capers, garlic, tomato and parmesan.
