Our philosophy
Welcome to dine in Åre on local ingredients! We pride ourselves on cooking all our food fresh from scratch using both traditional and modern techniques. We use natural ingredients and believe in seasonal, biodynamic and organic products. We strive for diversity using both wild, sustainable livestock and fresh fish from the sea and lakes. See our menus below which all offer traditional flavors with a fun and modern twist. Enjoy your meal!
