Our philosophy
We pride ourselves on cooking all our food fresh from scratch, using both traditional and modern techniques. We use natural ingredients and believe in seasonal, biodynamic and organic produce. We strive for diversity using both wild, sustainable livestock and fresh fish from the sea and lakes. See our menus below, all of which offer traditional flavours with a fun and modern twist.
