Dinner - a pleasure for all senses

We have created menus based on four different themes that are tangible elements of our surroundings in Jämtland and Åre . Fjäll & Vatten, The Farm, The Forest and finally Classics - our way. Great consideration has been given to using local ingredients, seasonal vegetables, and cooking techniques where the watchwords are Precision and high flavors. See the calendar below for which menu is served on which day.  

Our Philosophy
We place great focus on the origin of our raw materials. We believe in locally grown and biodynamic and organic. We are proud of what Jämtland has to offer in its diversity and its distinctive eco-system. Our employees put a lot of effort into producing so-called high flavors without adding stronger flavorings than those found naturally in the raw ingredients and finding flavor enhancers in the form of specific wines for the food. We work closely with all our local growers and producers and are very proud to be the only hotel in Jämtland that gets fresh fish & seafood delivered directly from the Gothenburg Fish Auction 4 days a week. Our Seafood is thus of exceptionally high quality! Welcome to an exciting food trip together with us.
