An exclusive accommodation in Åre. Our private ski lodge is 700 sqm and is one of Scandinavia's most spectacular villas. This autumn it has been completely renovated and now also offers an outdoor pool and a billiard room. In addition to fantastic social areas, spa and gym, it offers exclusive accommodation for 16 people.

The Villa is not just a villa. It is an oasis. An oasis of breathtaking views, exclusive materials and bold design. The Villa is 700 beautiful square meters and you always have the whole house to yourself. The house is perfect for a board meeting, family vacation or if you want to celebrate something with your friends. The villa houses 14 beds divided into 7 double rooms (not divisible beds), 5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and a kitchen and dining area. On the lower floor you will find a living room with a pool table and a relaxation area with 2 saunas, gym and outdoor pool. The villa also includes a guest apartment with a divisible double bed and a sleeping loft, bathroom and kitchen.
Service by your wishes
The Villa is available for rent all year round and the service is fully customized. If you want to stay with self-catering, that's fine; if you want a private chef who prepares culinary delights on site, that's also perfectly fine.
The villa is situated approx. 200m. below Copperhill Mountain Lodge so it is possible to use the hotel's services such as spa, restaurant etc. (when the the hotel is open) Upon request, we also arrange with spa treatments on site in the villa.
